Broken Birthday mug ! - I ordered a xl photo mug for a mate's 30th birthday. I was gutted when it arrived and it was broken. I sent an e-mail with a photo to the customer services and they sent me a new photo mug ! No extra charge. My mate was chuffed with it. (Tomo, 24/07/2024)

Great Photo Face Masks - Great product, really good value. Would highly recommend having the option for 'Finished Masks' so that they are pre-cut out. I certainly wouldn't have been able to cut them out individually with such precision. All I had to do was attach the elastics. (Tracie, 22/07/2024)

Funniest gift I have ever bought! - Bought a cat head cushion for a friends birthday gift. The kitty in question was a Sphynx cat, doing a big yawn. As expected! - I got this for my father for Father’s Day and it has received quite a few laughs since it was a somewhat comical picture, but it came perfect and like the picture I had given. The small version is about the size of a large crow and looks funny from the back as in my case resembles a penguin. (Demi, 28/06/2024)

Pleased with my personalised cushion - The cushion is very nice and the lettering attractive. It would perhaps be nice to have the option of other colours for the lettering. It arrived quickly.
