Ordered a bunch of personalized luggage straps. They never arrived. Reached out to Happysnaps and without hesitation they saw that the Royal mail had lost them. Next day they made another order and I received them the following day. Great product and a breath of fresh air on customer service.

I ordered a customised cushion with our digs picture on bith sides for our niece who had recently visited. I couldn't be more pleased with this product, the images of our dogs were brilliant & the pictures filled with sides with jo border. It's soft & the perfect size. So pleased with it!

I was genuinely surprised at the fantastic quality considering the price - the cushion is well filled and arrives full size rather than compressed, the fabric is really soft and the quality of the print is great. Was a father's day present from the kids to their dad and was really well received. Would definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
