  • we aim to rectify any mistakes we might have made in personalising your product with a replacement product.
  • these personalised products cannot be refunded as they made to order as defined in our terms and conditions.

Refund of Return Postage

  • for general returns, we do not refund return postage costs or supply a pre-paid returns label.
