Excellent picture quality! - I bought this for my daughter as an add on to her birthday gifts, her pet Guinea Pig had passed away a few days prior to her birthday and I was given the idea to have a picture of him printed on a cushion. I didn't think it would arrive before the day especially as it fell on a Saturday so I had mentioned to her that she would receive a belated gift. I was very surprised when the postman knocked on the door with a squishy parcel on the Saturday! I had only placed the order on the Wednesday, excellent service. The cushion is lovely, my daughter has it on her bed as a reminder of her beloved Ben. Excellent quality - Ordered these with a photo of my husband and I for our grand-daughter (1 year old) who lives abroad. Unusual I know but they are hard wearing and and are a good point of reference to keep in touch. When we had an initial query about ordering it was answered promptly by email. Great products - My customers love these standard and large photo mugs. It is surprising how well the images reproduce considering that they are heat treated to fire the picture into the glaze. We have had one permanently in a dishwasher for over 1 year now and there is no deterioration in the image. My whole family was very impressed with my photo cushion for my bro on his 70th birthday. - Because my IT skills are not so proficient I had to get help from Becky from Happy Snap Gifts. Made my Dad cry! - Created a customised cushion with several pictures on it. I changed the pictures several times when I saw the mock and the customer service rep was extremely efficient and friendly. The gift was for my Dad to reflect on his career since retirement.
