Laughed so much she cried - Such a lush product, I was jealous that I was giving it away as a present. The quality of the image was so amazing. I was shocked at the softness of the pillow as I've bought similar products (on other sites) and I've either had to buy a pillow on top or it's a really thin pillow. Just what I wanted! - I wanted a super funny cut out pillow of my dog, which I was unsure how it would turn out. But it is brilliant. So unique! Really quick delivery! As i’s ordered friday afternoon for a birthday the following monday and it turned up on monday! Just in time! Standard delivery! Good email updates on the progress of your order too! Nephew very chuffed with the cushion - The ordering of the cushion went smoothly, I had trouble uploading the photos,so, I emailed the photos with the order reference. I did receive more than one email saying the order had no photos. Very pleased with heat pack - Placed my order online but had an issue at checkout so couldn't complete the order. Excellent customer service to help me complete the order and checking all details and photos were received. Gift for my sister - I bought this cushion for my sister with a picture of her cat on it. She absolutely loves it! It was a little bit smaller than I was expecting but still a good size. Great gift and a happy family! - I bought the face cushions, both sizes. We have four children so I bought 4 standard ones and four super large ones, all four children twice. They were supposed to be a present for my wife - who loves them - but the children spend more time with them, playing / cuddling / punching them and so on. It is a great idea for a present. We have had many positive comments from friends. The cushions themselves are a decent quality. Three photos came out well, full-frontal face shots. The fourth has a shadow across his face, which makes it less than perfect. This was our fault, since he was under a tree when we took the photo, but what is barely noticeable in the original picture is easy to spot when it's blown up several times. So, I'd advise you make sure the photos show a full face without any kind of light difference. Nonetheless, we are still delighted with this product. (Alex, 06/04/2019)
