Perfect Gift, so happy - I fell upon this site by accident looking for cushions. They were the only ones that did a Pillow size. Adding the pictures were a little difficult to understand but don't let that put you off because it was 70% operator error and 30% impatience because it was a little slower and I could only add 1 pic at a time. But the over all result was FANTASTIC. The quality of the print far far exceeded my expectation and the clarity and detail of the pictures was amazing. But what really made it was the customer service. A wonderful lady called Becky kept me entertained while I tired to work out the picture bit. My order arrived on time, if not a little sooner than expected and they keep you informed all the way through your order. I will defiantly be using them again for all my needs. A lovely gìft to my parents in these times when we can't meet in person - I haven't actually seen the chshion myself yet but my parents are very pleased with their surprise gift of a picture of their great greatson on a cushion.My mum said the colours are vibrant,the picture is clear and the fabric nice to touch. The order got processed quickly and shipping directly to Austria was not too expensive and most importantly got delivered well before my mum's birthday. One very happy customer - I ordered 2 x personalised rainbow cushions for my twins. Lovely Custom Shaped Cushion - So pleased with my pet photo cushion. Unfortunately I lost my beloved dog nearly 1 year ago and was looking for a keepsake as a memory of him and ordered this cushion for the chair he used to love. It is excellent quality and brought to life the photo of him. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend. Large photo pillow - While the product is excellent, the process of naming every picture you upload is frustrating. Naming between 15-30 pictures individually kind of makes me not want the product even though the product is excellent. Collage Cushion - I purchased this cushion for my son. He has been struggling since his grandma passed away as he didnt get to say goodbye (thanks COVID!) Birthday Delight - I ordered these photos printed on fabric and was amazed by the very quick turn around, esp as we were mid pandemic. The customer service was excellent, immediately responsive. The photos were printed great to a very good quality. I would definitely recommend and use again. Pet shaped cuddle pillow - I bought this pillow for my mum after losing her much loved Dachshund so she could still give him a cuddle. I was so happy when the pillow arrived it was the perfect size the material on the front felt like you were stroking him and it just looks like he is sat on the sofa with her again. Photo collage cushion - Don’t be put off by the ‘old fashioned’ looking website! I had a problem uploading my pictures, e-mailed for advice and my query was answered and sorted almost immediately. Quirky gift received quickly - Really happy with this item. Super cute. Considering it was personally printed,I think it was a quick delivery! Fantastic for the price.
