Great quality and perfect size for the extra large mug. I ordered mine 4 days before Father's Day & rang to ask if it should make it on time. The girl was really helpful, took my details and said she would make sure it went that day. Sure enough I got it 2 days later:) Great service!

I'm so impressed, the site was easy to use unlike sooo many others I've gone through, the upload process was efficient and super simple, I loved that I could make notes under each photo to make it exactly as I pictured or too say what the important bit of the picture was.
The cushion itself is gorgeously soft and cuddly so lends its self to the right purpose and the person the gift was for was incredibly touched.
I was kept up to date with what stage the order was at without being bombarded by emails so I will absolutely be using these guys again and honestly, if you're thinking about it don't hesitate, they really are that good.

Have today received the cushion I ordered for a friend's birthday gift. It is just beautiful. The quality of the printing is extraordinary and having chosen 3 pictures for the montage, I am delighted how your technicians have set them out. (not the way I was expecting - better than I was expecting!) I chose the natural cotton for the reverse and am not disappointed at all. The cushion has a lovely soft feel to it. I know that my friend will absolutely love it. Thank you for allowing me to make such a unique gift.
