Absolutely fabulous - I was worried as I hadn’t used or heard of happy snap gifts before, however this was for a secret Santa present and it needed to be thoughtful and unique. Chose the heart shaped heat pack warmer, uploaded my picture and requested it be placed in a certain position, they did exactly as I asked and I couldn’t be more happy with it and I know the recipient will be too, cannot wait to see her face. Personalised stocking filler - Great present and great product. Lovely quality and arrived reasonable quickly. Only down side was I found it confusing when trying to personalise item as you had to buy first and contact company direct with details. Customer service was excellent. (M, 27/11/2018)

Photo squares - This is the second lot of squares I have ordered, I am making bed runners for my daughters for Christmas. Boyfriend found this cushion hilarious! - Needed to buy my boyfriend something for secret Santa and went with this cushion, with a photo of my face on it. Great personalised gift idea! Fab quality and decent value - I was really impressed when I received my two face cushions. Having used a photograph from my iPhone 6 camera, I was slightly worried about th picture quality but in fact, it came out rather well. The only slight disappointment was the size of the cushion, although I’d probably opt for a bigger one next time. What a great present though and speedy manufacture and delivery.
