We were looking for a virtually unbreakable mug for my Mother in law, who is now in a Carehome, where we like to make sure that she has her own mug to drink her tea. This mug has two photos and her name, it is also lightweight, as her grip is quite weak and if she does drop it, it won't break! This company was very professional, even when there was spelling error on the product, they sent the corrected one out immediately with no quibble. Highly recommend.

After I had placed my order I found a better photo (typical!) I htought I may as well phone and see if it was toolate or not to change. It wasn't and it was all sorted out - excellent personal service and only too happy to help

I bought 4 mugs all of which have been in regular daily use. To date I am delighted with their performance. There have been no chips, cracks or broken handles. They are lighter in weight than the equivalent ceramic mug and keep the drink hot for longer. Photo personalisation is a great way to mark ownership or to keep a picture of a loved one with you.
