Your personalised product isn't simply ordered through a website and sent away to an anonymous third-party manufacturer. Many of our products are printed and manufactured by us in our own factory in Lancashire, using our own textile printing, manufacturing and finishing facilities.

That means we can take your photograph and turn it into something genuinely personal — right here in Britain.

From a Photograph to Something You Can Hold

HappySnapGifts® was created around our expertise in full-colour digital printing and textile manufacturing.

Our speciality is taking a customer's photograph and reproducing it onto a real product.

For our textile products, this means printing your photograph directly onto the fabric before the product is manufactured.

For example, our popular Photo Cushions aren't simply made by putting a printed picture onto a ready-made cushion. We print the image onto the fabric itself and then manufacture the finished cushion.

This allows us to create edge-to-edge photographic designs, including designs that wrap around the product, producing a much more integrated and professional result.

It's one of the things that makes our products different.

Made in Our Lancashire Factory

HappySnapGifts® products are manufactured by Clear Prospects Ltd, our parent and trading company, at our manufacturing operation in Blackburn, Lancashire.

We have developed our own production capabilities over many years, including specialist textile printing, sewing, cutting and finishing equipment.

This means that we don't need to rely on a standard catalogue of personalised gifts.

We can manufacture products ourselves and, where appropriate, develop new products around the way our customers want to use their photographs.

From a single personalised gift for an individual customer to larger quantities for parties, events and celebrations, our manufacturing capabilities give us considerable flexibility.

Our Photo Cushions are one of the products that best demonstrate what we do.

We print your photograph directly onto the fabric and then manufacture the cushion, allowing the image to cover the product rather than simply being applied as a small printed panel.

We can also produce cushions cut to the shape of a person, pet or other subject, creating particularly distinctive personalised gifts.

One of our most popular and recognisable products is our Photo Face Mask.

These are a great example of how we use our in-house printing capabilities for products outside our core textile range.

We print your photographs onto card and can supply the masks as DIY sheets or as finished, hand-cut masks with the appropriate fastenings.

They have become particularly popular for hen parties, stag parties, birthdays, celebrations and events — anywhere that putting someone's face on a mask is likely to raise a smile.
