Clear Prospects Ltd owns and runs a number of web sites that you are looking to purchase from and we want you to be entirely happy with the goods you buy from us and the service you receive.
This returns policy is for purchases from our consumer web sites.
Generally we accept returns for goods which are in perfect saleable condition, unused, and that are returned to us safely within 14 days from the original purchase date.
Your rights are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive meaning that you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund.
Your refund will be paid within a reasonable period of time once the goods are actually received back with us - usually within a couple of days of receipt. We can only refund to the same card or payment method that you chose when placing your order as the refund will be made directly via our secure card processing system.
Personalised & Photo items
We are very sorry but we cannot refund any items that have been personalised or use your photo or design within your order. If we have made a mistake when creating your item, we will send a replacement out as soon as we can after you have notified us of our mistake, so long as that mistake has been notified to us within 7 days of your order. If you have made an error when typing your order, we can not usually correct the error due to the manufacture and printing methods we use and therefore we ask that you place a new order to replace these items.
Refund of return postage - PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS TO US
If an item is faulty - please contact us and we will discuss the fault with you before you need take action on sending an item back to us. At our discretion we will then arrange to send a new item out if this is the most appropriate action.
If we ask you to return a faulty item, we will refund you with your reasonable 2nd class postage costs so long as we approve this prior to you returning the goods to us.
If you return a faulty item to use without first discussing it with us on the phone, we may choose not to refund your return postage at our choice.
If an item is not faulty and you want to return it to us for a refund, please do so at your own discretion (and cost) though we do not have a returns postage-paid service.
Important Information when returning goods to us
Please make sure that you send any goods back to us with a posting service that insures the value of the goods. If the goods are returned but not received here at our offices, we cannot refund you and you would have to enter into lengthy tracking of the goods with the Royal Mail or whoever you have sent them with.
Signed for service with insurance to the value of the goods is always recommended. These terms apply to your order and we may change our terms and conditions from time to time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
