Please note that we will print our own web url onto your mugs, discretely at one side of the mug by the handle. We can remove this option but only if this option is selected within the order.

INSTRUCTIONS ON PLACING YOUR ORDER

Ordering is really simple. Select the product you would like to buy and process through the checkout until the order is complete.

Design your artwork to a template in at least 300dpi resolution to a maximum size of 183mm wide and 80mm tall. This template will be the wrap around the mug and will come within about 15-20mm either side of the handles.

When complete you will see a screen which will confirm all your order details. Make a note of the order number and email us at the address below with the digital image that you want us to apply to the product. Be careful to make your email really clear if you have different products and would like different images on each item.

How do I send my image to go onto this product ?

We prefer that you supply finished artwork or a high quality image with your order and it is better to have this ready and saved on your computer before you place the order. Please place your order online in the normal way and go through to the final payment stage. After your payment has gone through, you will be taken to an image loading section where you can load and send your artwork to us which will be attached to your order by way of the unique order number.

Which image formats can you accept ?

We can use most artwork supplied in PC format (not MAC) in either EPS, PDF, CDW or Jpeg format. Any AI files need to be converted to EPS or PDF please. Most photographs taken on a camera will be Jpeg format though if you are unsure, just email the image to us to check.

Can I send my image after I have placed the order ?

Yes. Please email the image to us from the contact us page and make sure that you tell us your order number in the same email, and, where ordering different products, which image belongs to which item.

Can you design me special artwork from an image supplied for this product ?

Yes. We can usually place photographs and artwork within the product very easily for you. We can also add simple text if you email us precisely what you want, in which font, which colour, and where to place it upon the product. Anything more than this can usually be handled by us though we do charge by the hour and a minimum design fee. Please make contact with us by email using the contact us form and we will provide you with a quotation.

What is a high resolution digital image ?

You must set your camera to the highest quality that it will take in order for us to press the image successfully onto this product. The better the quality of the image (resolution) then the better it will look on the product. We would suggest at least 300dpi in terms of dots per inch or high megapixels.

Can I check if my image will be ok to print before ordering ?

Yes. Simply email us at images@happysnapgifts.com at any time and send us the image you are thinking of using and tell us which of our products you are interested in. We will then check if it is going to be good enough quality to use.

Are these mugs dishwasher safe ?

Yes.

Can I return this product if I am not entirely happy ?

No. Unfortunately as the product will have a personal image pressed onto it we would not be able to re sell the item if you were to return it to us. We will check the quality of all items prior to despatch and will not send you an item unless we are happy that we believe the quality is good in the first place so you can rest assured of a great product.
